Musically passionate since a young age, and born into a family of performing artists & musicians, Olivia Jones fell in love with electronic music in the summer of 2009 but in
2013 she stepped into the dj booth and her life changed forever. Mixing the most avant-garde and electronic sounds, she set herself free creatively releasing a unique mix
of sounds that pulsate provocative new ideas and represent the rich cultures she has experienced ranging from the most conventional deep grooves to the most elite techno.
Her restlessness pushes her creative limits and through her own journey Olivia realized that she was deeply curious about making her own music and not just mixing music
by other artists. She knew that to translate her creative mix of sounds thumping inside her head directly into a electronic sequencer was her next step. She decided to travel
to musically legendary London to study music production at Black Point, after then onto Amsterdam to finish her musical sound studies at SAE.
Cultural fusion inspires her, resulting in a dance floor packed with wild souls yearning from within for her beloved sounds of pounding electronic, exotic percussion and
hypnotic vocals all deriving from Olivia’s authentic & diverse cultural influences. Equipped with the newest and creative expertise on the turntables, she has collaborated
in radio programs at Maxima.FM (Spain) with the Clipper Sounds label’s #Insessions radioshow the first Friday of every month.
2018 has been a year of growth and consolidation for the artist.
Barcelona, Madrid, Miami, London, Amsterdam and Ibiza have been witness and the best coaches in Olivia's skills behind the decks.
On the white island she has rubbed shoulders with legendary DJ’s and producers like Carl Cox, Elio Riso, Nicole Moudaber among others where she performed on the Swiss label, Gimmick.
Her first production "Undersoul" sees the Light under the Barcelones label "Moon" property of Dubnoise, reaching the sales charts in portals like Beatport and Traxsource or whatpeopleplay.
In the coming months, new works will be released under: Basement Dub and Monofunk owned by the German label Jesus Was Black.
Olivia Jones career has only just begun, with a single goal "Keep people Dancing".
